Pricing Actuary/ Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Actuary/Data Scientist to join our Group Chief Underwriting Office as part of our Global Pricing Team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of our strategic objectives, leveraging your expertise in actuarial and data science concepts to drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute an enterprise pricing model strategy that integrates data, analytics, and technology.
- Support the strategic vision for predictive modeling capabilities to inform pricing and underwriting decisions.
- Contribute to the development of pricing platforms and methodologies, ensuring scalability and flexibility.
- Facilitate global pricing tool usage through knowledge sharing, user guides, and model database maintenance.
- Collaborate with pricing actuaries, data scientists, and underwriters to deliver advanced analytical insights that support business growth.
- Participate in enhancements of analytic offerings and creation of new internal practice standards.
- Work with IT to implement models and create architecture for data collection and validation.
- Research new strategic approaches to modeling and pricing methodologies to improve model performance.
- Engage with UW/Pricing to solve complex model problems and educate underwriters and pricing actuaries on model usage.
- Fully or partially certified actuary with data science experience.
- Experience in building pricing and analytical models within an AXA entity or other company.
- Ability to support data, technology, pricing model, and analytics strategies.
- Proven experience interacting with Pricing and TDO leaders and working in matrixed environments.
- Experience in implementing change and building relationships.
