Studio Administrator

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our audio studio, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and security
  • Develop and implement procedures for facility maintenance, safety, and security
  • Manage facility-related budgets and contracts
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address facility-related needs
  • Perform administrative tasks including drafting documents and scheduling meetings

Requirements:

  • Past working experience in a relevant role
  • Relationship management skills and proficiency in IT and office software
  • Excellent communication and planning skills
