Studio Administrator
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our audio studio, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment for our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and security
- Develop and implement procedures for facility maintenance, safety, and security
- Manage facility-related budgets and contracts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address facility-related needs
- Perform administrative tasks including drafting documents and scheduling meetings
Requirements:
- Past working experience in a relevant role
- Relationship management skills and proficiency in IT and office software
- Excellent communication and planning skills
