Strategic Account Executive for France and Africa

Key Responsibilities
In your capacity as Strategic Account Executive for France, Maghreb, and French-speaking Africa, you will collaborate with our existing Key Account Manager to oversee our key accounts and cultivate new opportunities across various sectors to ensure business continuity. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, nurturing, and converting leads (including TSO, DSO, developers, solar, battery, hydrogen, private utilities, contractors, and large industries) in Onshore and Offshore HV AC & DC Products.
- Building and reinforcing long-term relationships with our key clients, particularly our key account/TSO at all organizational levels.
- Conducting comprehensive market analyses.
- Collaborating with our current KAM FR to define and implement a business development strategy that targets key customers and priority markets/regions to achieve the company's objectives.
- Executing sales strategies in partnership with our current Senior KAM FR and various departments (HVAC & HVDC Onshore and Offshore, Commercial & Tender, Project Execution, Business Development, Product Management, Strategy, Legal, etc.).
- Assisting in the formulation of the strategy and business plan alongside our current KAM FR to enhance NKT's regional positioning with key clients.
Your Profile

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing & Sales or Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or international sales.
- Proven experience in the power energy sector, Oil & Gas, or related industries (OEM, renewable, etc.) is essential.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
- Native French speaker with professional proficiency in English (daily internal communication conducted in English); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable to diverse cultures and markets, creative, and empathetic.
