Job Title: Media Coordinator France

As a key member of the EMEA media team, the Media Coordinator will play a crucial role in the successful execution of 360 media campaigns for the French market. This includes creative asset translation and delivery, coordination of media plans, and communication with the wider EMEA markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage media investment data from our media agency, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data management.
  • Coordinate print and outdoor media campaign launches, including creative asset production and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain curated creative gazettes for Client Advisors, ensuring polished and on-brand communication.
  • Attend meetings, take comprehensive notes, and circulate to stakeholders, managing follow-up tasks.
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices and manage reporting schedules.
  • Monitor competitors' creative messaging and media innovations, providing insights for future opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and French, with reliable translation capabilities.
  • Passion for copywriting in French and English.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.
