Digital Ticketing Domain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Ticketing Domain Manager to join our team at Ile de France Mobilités. As a key member of our Digital Department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our digital ticketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Participate in the definition of the digital ticketing strategy and its alignment with the company's overall objectives.
- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital ticketing projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Engineering Department and the Data Department, to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital ticketing technologies and trends, and provide technical guidance and support to the team.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all digital ticketing solutions meet the required quality standards and are secure, reliable, and scalable.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with digital ticketing projects, ensuring that the company's interests are protected.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on digital ticketing project progress, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital ticketing, project management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
