Ticketing and Customer Care Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ticketing and Customer Care Manager to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ticketing offers and customer order processes to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ticketing offers and customer order processes to maximize revenue
- Develop and maintain website functionality to ensure seamless booking experiences for attendees and delegations
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to implement CRM journeys and triggers for event attendees and delegates
- Prospect and engage with relevant networks to identify new business opportunities
- Implement promotions and ensure administrative follow-up of ticketing processes
- Analyze and report on sales performance
Attendees and Delegates Care
As a Ticketing and Customer Care Manager, you will also be responsible for designing customer care communication toolkits, ensuring customer support before, during, and after events, and training and managing attendees staff teams during events.
Qualifications:
- Higher education or equivalent experience in ticketing or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of customer service and ticketing operations
- Autonomous, polyvalent, and reactive with a strong interest in administration and data analysis
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Dynamic, creative, organized, flexible, and stress-resistant
