Job Summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ticketing and Customer Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ticketing strategies to maximize revenue, as well as providing exceptional customer care to our attendees and delegates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ticketing offers and customer order processes to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless website developments and booking processes
  • Implement CRM journeys and triggers to enhance the attendee and delegate experience
  • Identify and engage with relevant networks and target groups to promote our events
  • Manage ticketing sales and payment processes using Hubspot sales tool
  • Analyze and report on sales data to inform future strategies

Customer Care Responsibilities

  • Design and implement customer care communication toolkits
  • Provide exceptional customer support before, during, and after events
  • Train and manage attendees staff teams during events
  • Welcome delegations and VIPs during events
  • Implement customer surveys post-event

Requirements

  • Higher education or equivalent experience in ticketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong passion for customer service
  • Autonomous, versatile, and reactive individual with a strong interest in administration and data analysis
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Dynamic, creative, organized, flexible, and stress-resistant individual
