Körber Pharma Software GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Consultant to join our team in Lyon, France. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our French and international customers to deliver exceptional support and training on our PAS-X MES software.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct suitability analyses of our solution to customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to develop functional specifications, product demonstrations, and user requirements.
  • Provide expert advice and training to customers on the use and configuration of our PAS-X MES software.
  • Configure and deploy PAS-X software at client locations, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal downtime.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for client associates, ensuring they are proficient in the use and configuration of our software.
  • Provide on-site support at client locations worldwide, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and instruct Körber Pharma employees on PAS-X product content, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest software features and functionality.
  • Onboard and mentor new staff members, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Manage customer process design specifications translation activities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Assume responsibility for completing activities, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
  • Test the PAS-X software against developed specifications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Investigate and resolve client issues, troubleshooting problems and collaborating with other team members to resolve issues.

Your Profile

  • 2-10 years of software support experience with large-scale applications (ERP/MES/LIMS) in a consulting/support/training role.
  • Experience working in regulated industries (nuclear, finance, etc.) with pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments (FDA, GMP, non-GMP, system validation and qualification).
  • Experience with MES; PAS-X experience is a plus.
  • A Master's Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or Computer Science is required.
  • Affinity with computer tools and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Fluency in French, English, and German is required.
