We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global HR Digital Innovation and Change Manager to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our Global HR team, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation and innovation across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Digital Experience Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the digital experience of our employees and candidates, ensuring seamless access to our solutions and platforms.
- Drive Change Management: Design and execute communication and training plans to support the adoption of new digital solutions and processes, ensuring a smooth transition for our users.
- Monitor Emerging Technologies: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage AI and other innovations to drive business growth and improvement.
- Promote Sephora HR Digital: Collaborate with our Global VP HR Digital to develop and communicate our digital strategy, promoting our HR digital initiatives and solutions across the organization.
- Higher Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Digital, or Communication.
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in project management, with a focus on change management, data analysis, and digital transformation.
- Strong Digital Skills: Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, with a strong understanding of HR and communication processes.
- Fluent English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
