Job Summary
Grant Thornton, a leading global audit and advisory firm, is seeking a Senior Consultant in HR and IT Transformation to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a key player in our clients' digital transformation, you will intervene on various and challenging projects, linked to the implementation and optimization of HR information systems.
Your Role
As a Senior Consultant in HR and IT, you will be responsible for analyzing and understanding clients' business needs in the field of HR. You will propose adapted and innovative solutions to respond to HR and IT challenges. You will pilot and coordinate the implementation of HR projects, accompany change, and form users to new tools and processes. You will also ensure technological and regulatory watch to anticipate market evolutions in HR.
Your Missions
- Analyze and understand clients' business needs in HR.
- Propose adapted and innovative solutions to respond to HR and IT challenges.
- Pilot and coordinate the implementation of HR projects.
- Accompany change and form users to new tools and processes.
- Ensure technological and regulatory watch to anticipate market evolutions in HR.
- Contribute to the development of commercial activity in HR.
- Progressively intervene on missions of HR Consulting, more global: organization of the HR function, design of new recruitment / training / talent management processes, human accompaniment of transformations…
Your Profile
We are looking for a graduate of a Grande École of Engineers, Commerce, or University with a specialization in HR or IT. You must have significant experience of at least 5 years in the field of HR, including 2 years ideally in a consulting firm or with an editor. You must have a good knowledge of HR processes and a good understanding of the HR market and projects already carried out on 1 or 2 solutions of the market (SAP HR SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, HR Tech, HR IA…). You must be able to manage complex projects and work in a team. You must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You must have experience in animating workshops (functional, technical-functional, projective…). You must have good communication skills, both in writing and orally, in French and English. You must be proactive, autonomous, and agile.
