Anaplan Inc is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our EMEA team. As an HR Generalist, you will provide expert advice and support to employees across EMEA, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including labor law, collective agreements, and employment contracts.
- Manage administrative tasks, such as disciplinary procedures, performance management, and dismissals, ensuring compliance with labor law and company policies.
- Act as an interface between the company and external organizations, including Social Security, training organizations, and occupational medicine.
- Assist in preparing Workers Council meetings and gathering documents.
- Monitor and analyze HR data, including reports on social, health, and working conditions.
- Participate in the development and implementation of the training policy, including analyzing training needs and developing skills development plans.
- Master's degree in HR or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to change, with a strong focus on employee experience and well-being.
- Fluency in English, with German a plus.
