Job Description:
As a subsidiary of the BAUDIN CHATEAUNEUF Group, ROSAY TECHNIQUESCOUVERTURES brings over 50 years of specialized knowledge in Building Envelopes. Our technical proficiency has enabled us to renovate various structures in both the industrial and commercial sectors, whether public or private, while considering aesthetics, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort. The company also focuses on building maintenance and management, allowing us to undertake diverse projects, including large-scale constructions (new builds and renovations) and maintenance tasks (both corrective and preventive). With a workforce of 63, we operate across multiple regions, generating an approximate turnover of 18 million euros. To enhance our teams and support our ongoing projects, we are looking for Cladding Team Leaders/Site Managers (M/F) specializing in industrial cladding, curtain walls, or External Thermal Insulation Systems (ETICS). In this role, you will be involved in new construction or renovation projects. Reporting to the site manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring work areas are secured in compliance with safety regulations.
- Applying facade coverings in accordance with technical specifications.
- Managing one or more teams based on established timelines.
Profile:
We are seeking candidates who possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in the field, including prior team leadership experience.
- The ability to lead a team while ensuring a safe working environment.
- A valid working-at-height certification and scissor lift license.
