Vestiaire Collective is seeking a highly skilled Head of Employee Relations to join our dynamic People team in Paris. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective employee relations strategies to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities- CSE & Unions Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with CSE and union representatives, negotiate collective bargaining agreements, and lead CSE meetings on behalf of the Chief People Officer.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement comprehensive poor performance management policies, collaborate with HR Business Partners to identify and address poor performance cases, and provide coaching and support to employees.
- Employee Litigation: Conduct thorough research and gather evidence for employee disputes, draft legal documents, and represent the company in hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations, and provide guidance to HR Business Partners on compliance issues and best practices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with a strong knowledge of French labor laws and European labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders and communicate effectively in both English and French.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and work autonomously.
- Sound judgment, integrity, and a clear understanding of confidentiality.
