Believe, a leading digital music company, is seeking a seasoned HRIS professional to drive the digital transformation of its HR processes. As Head of HR Information Systems, you will play a key role in building and implementing the company's HRIS roadmap, ensuring consistency and delivering exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect, analyze, and synthesize HRIS needs to define and prioritize the HRIS roadmap.
- Lead HRIS service delivery approach, actively participating in designing, developing, and tracking the implementation of new service models.
- Define and implement HRIS KPIs to measure tools usage and identify action plans.
- Manage a team of 5 people, animating and federating teams around HRIS run and projects.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HRIS, particularly Workday, and share best practices and knowledge with other team members.
- Significant experience in HRIS project management (8 years+), ideally in an international environment.
- Mastery of HRIS tools and projects (Workday, Smart Recruiters, Lucca, Docebo, ADP).
- Certifications on Workday would be a plus.
- Fluency in English and ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Tailor-made training and coaching program.
