We are currently looking for a highly skilled Electrical Mobility Specialist to join our team in France.
The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering or IT, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. A first experience in the field of electromobility would be an asset.
The Electrical Mobility Specialist will be responsible for:
- Opening and managing after-sales service tickets
- Carrying out remote diagnostics and occasional on-site interventions
- Providing remote support during customer commissioning
- Carrying out standard exchanges and sending spare parts
- Supporting internal processes, documentation, and manufacturer software
- Monitoring actions in progress or completed
- Participating in training sessions
The Electrical Mobility Specialist will have the opportunity to evolve within the company and create their own team of field technicians. They will work in a dynamic international team alongside experts at all levels and benefit from great room for maneuver by being considered by management.
The company offers a permanent contract (CDI) and partial teleworking possibilities. The salary is negotiable depending on profile and experience.
