Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Commercial Insurance Inspector. As a key member of our delegation, you will be responsible for:
- Assuring the commercial follow-up of agencies in Gestion Intérimaire (GI) mode
- Animating commercial activities of GI collaborators
- Defending the portfolio, particularly targeting professional, TPE, and PME clients
- Visiting professional risks and preparing subscription or re-subscription files, in accordance with underwriting processes
- Building and implementing a conquest strategy for professional clients, applying the Gan Assurances commercial approach
- Working on recommendations with existing and new clients
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Issuance from a higher education institution or equivalent, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and ideally in team management or network animation
- Adaptability, autonomy, and ease of communication
- Knowledge and interest in the insurance sector and products
