- Plan and facilitate both individual and group activities in accordance with institutional protocols.
- Encourage social bonds and trust among residents and staff members.
- Assist in the development of personalized care strategies and support for autonomy.
- Provide timely updates to healthcare and social service teams.
Qualifications:
- Possess a recognized qualification in animation or education.
- Demonstrated experience working with marginalized communities.
- Strong communication and active listening abilities.
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Competent in computer literacy and professional documentation.
Position Details:
- Available Positions: 2
- Employment Type: Temporary with potential for permanent placement.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Compensation: Starting salary of 1,872.68€ per month, inclusive of additional benefits.
