- Measure project performance, report issues, and escalate concerns to senior management when needed
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Extensive experience in the construction industry, especially in a leadership role
- A background within a mission-critical industry - data centers, oil & gas, nuclear, pharmaceuticals
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is preferred)
- Fluency in French
