**Job Summary**
Groupe CHOPARD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Consultant for New and Used Vehicles. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain a Strong Customer Base: Identify and build relationships with potential and existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Vehicle Sales and Promotion: Promote and sell new and used vehicles, as well as associated services such as financing and accessories.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Account Management: Manage customer accounts to ensure timely and effective communication, and to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements:
We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record of success in a similar role, with a minimum of two years of experience. You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
