Position Overview

At our Global Publishing headquarters, the Tech Partnerships team plays a pivotal role in fostering relationships and driving business with industry leaders in hardware (such as Nvidia, Intel, MSI, Samsung), cloud gaming providers (GeforceNow, Luna, etc.), and telecommunications operators.

We are in search of a proactive candidate to join our team and actively contribute to the coordination, implementation, and management of our technological partnerships, closely linked with Ubisoft's iconic franchises. You will engage with a diverse range of internal stakeholders (subsidiaries, strategic and operational marketing teams, development studios) and external partners on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Management:

Monitor collaborative marketing campaigns with our partners. Ensure the follow-up of technical integrations in collaboration with development teams. Coordinate with Ubisoft's internal teams and partners to approve communication materials.

Partner Engagement:

Communicate the latest updates of our games to partners. Manage an ongoing operations calendar (launches, events, promotions). Enhance the visibility of Ubisoft brands by proposing communication strategies to our partners.

Analysis and Reporting:

Gather and analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnerships. Develop and update various tracking reports. Provide recommendations to optimize existing partnerships.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing higher education with a focus on business and/or marketing, possessing a strong sense of autonomy, responsiveness, and methodical approach. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with a well-developed sense of judgment. Advanced proficiency in the Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
