Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled International Partnerships Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our global partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Develop New Partnerships
- Research and identify potential partners in the publishing industry
- Negotiate partnership agreements with key stakeholders
- Manage Existing Partnerships
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow existing partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partnership execution
- Commercial and Marketing Support
- Develop and implement commercial and marketing plans to promote our distributed collections
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and success
- Event Representation and Promotion
- Represent GROUPE AFNOR at international events and conferences
- Promote our distributed collections to a global audience
- Analysis and Strategy
- Analyze sales and KPI data to inform partnership strategies
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree with a marketing or sales specialization
- At least 10 years of experience in business development or a related field
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
- An open-minded and adaptable approach to working with diverse stakeholders
