About the Role
Hitachi Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Consulting Services team, you will be responsible for delivering change consulting services to clients in the transformation and change discipline, applying the Hitachi change methodology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change strategies for clients, ensuring solutions are tailored to specific client needs.
- Deliver change management activities for projects, working with clients to ensure business readiness for go-live and beyond.
- Support clients in understanding success factors and developing KPIs for a benefits-led approach to change.
- Collaborate with the wider Hitachi teams as a subject matter expert on change management, including learning.
- Support projects and project teams as a subject matter expert on learning and development, focusing on areas such as training needs analysis, training materials development, training delivery, and training assessment and development.
- Design, develop, and implement training and mobile learning solutions, taking into account instructional design and learning theories.
- Conduct regular on-site meetings to review the status of training, strategy, schedules, issues, and mitigation measures jointly with clients.
- Create and execute communication and stakeholder plans to engage users, support the business, and facilitate change.
- Perform readiness assessments to ensure projects are progressing and implementing return-to-green action plans.
- Work with the training delivery team to ensure activities are aligned.
- Facilitate hypercare support for end-users, including floor walkers, training, and drop-in sessions.
- Conduct post-go-live adoption surveys and KPI analysis to ensure the change is sustained and reinforced.
- Liaise and engage with clients on-site and/or remotely, depending on project and client needs, and serve as a bridge between affected teams and the project team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in delivering organizational change management projects on ERP programs.
- 2+ years of experience in ERP training, preferably Dynamics.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation, communication, and facilitation skills (oral and written).
- Aptitude to easily adopt new technologies and processes.
- Change management qualification preferred but not essential, as long as the candidate has a strong understanding of change management principles.
- Strong leadership abilities as a role model, partner, and mentor to project teams and clients.
- Results-focused with strong business acumen combined with analytical and structured thinking.
- Previous consulting experience an advantage.
- Dynamics 365 Fin/Ops or CRM background would be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment while dealing with ambiguity and divergent opinions.
- Strong MS Office application experience.
