Role: Surgical Sales Specialist - France West

Location: Nantes or Rennes

Hologic, a leading innovator of women's health, is seeking a skilled Surgical Sales Specialist to join our team in France West. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in increasing revenue, developing a strong impact on our brand reputation, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales calls and meetings with key decision-makers to introduce and upsell our portfolio of products.
  • Build rapport with existing clients and new ones, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Present and work closely with surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration, supply chain, payers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to achieve sales objectives.
  • Provide surgical procedure and technical product support in surgery, as well as ongoing customer service in accordance with company policy.
  • Stay up-to-date with market information for your territory to ensure maximization of market share, product acceptance, and specifications.
  • Travel across the West of France, working within a team of experienced, driven sales professionals.

Requirements:

  • Ability to develop and execute a tactical sales plan.
  • Commercial experience in selling capital and consumables within the medical industry, specifically within surgical, to sales forecasts.
  • Strong stakeholder management, building new business pipelines and upselling within existing clients.
  • Proven track record in exceeding forecasted sales targets.
