About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our Unlimit Sales Team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving new business growth in the French market and internationally. You will be part of our UK/EMEA Sales team and report directly to the Chief Sales Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a pipeline of new customer targets and develop a supporting plan to engage with those businesses in France and the rest of Europe.
  • Hunt out new opportunities and drive high-quality leads into the business.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador for Unlimit, establishing our position in the market.
  • Collaborate with the wider business to ensure a thorough understanding of our products and ways of working.
  • Research and exploit new market opportunities for Unlimit.
  • Deliver exceptional results, meeting and exceeding stretch targets.
  • Provide a best-in-class merchant experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Represent Unlimit as the face of the company, ensuring a positive and memorable impression for our clients.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, with a hunter mentality and ability to drive new business growth.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Commercially driven, with a goal-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales organization, with a willingness to travel.
