Overview:

The Quality Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that quality standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle. This position involves the implementation of comprehensive quality assurance and control strategies tailored to the specific requirements of each project.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement quality assurance and control measures effectively within the project framework.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project quality and audit plan.
  • Facilitate project control reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance and control audits at both office and construction sites.
  • Manage and address non-conformities in a timely manner.
  • Lead and coordinate root cause analysis initiatives.
  • Organize and deliver quality-related training sessions.
  • Monitor and track corrective and preventive actions to ensure continuous improvement.

Reporting Structure and Location:
  • This role reports directly to the Quality and IMS Manager for Europe.
  • The position is based in a central location with travel required across Europe as dictated by project demands and knowledge sharing initiatives.

Candidate Profile:
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (process, chemical, or mechanical) or a related discipline such as quality management, health, safety, environment, or industrial risks.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an industrial setting, preferably within the EPC sector.
  • Expertise: Strong background in quality management and auditing practices.
  • Project Management: Familiarity with project management principles.
  • Knowledge of IMS: Understanding of Integrated Management Systems is advantageous.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in root cause analysis methodologies for addressing non-conformities and incidents.
  • Risk Management: Familiarity with essential risk management tools and techniques is a plus.
