Agicap, a leading financial management solution for SMEs and Mid-Market companies, is looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our international talent team in Lyon.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be responsible for generating an extensive candidate pipeline, managing new applications, conducting screening interviews, and filtering, assessing, and managing candidates according to their skills through the application process. You will also actively search for suitable candidates on LinkedIn to find and target the best profiles in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate an extensive candidate pipeline
  • Manage new applications, conduct screening interviews, and filter, assess, and manage candidates according to their skills through the application process
  • Actively search for suitable candidates on LinkedIn to find and target the best profiles in the market
  • Recruit new top talent across Germany every month, especially for the Sales and Customer Success departments
  • Review and communicate your own performance through weekly reports and engage in regular feedback sessions with your team lead
Requirements
  • You speak English at C1 level minimum. German and/or French language skills are a plus
  • You are in the final stages of your bachelor's or master's degree
  • You have already gained some experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a dynamic environment
  • You are ambitious and motivated to achieve your goals, want to learn, and drive your team forward
  • You work in a precise and structured manner and have the ability to remain communicative and empathetic at all times
  • You are hands-on, adapt quickly, and are hungry to learn
