Job DescriptionThe Functional Coordinator SIRH must ensure the overall coherence of the needs expressed by the Human Resources teams within the company. The Functional Coordinator SIRH must have a solid understanding of HR processes and a real functional expertise on several SIRH ecosystem tools to support HR departments in formulating their needs and using SIRH systems.
As a visionary, the Functional Coordinator SIRH ensures the provision of a smooth and transparent user experience by optimizing integrations between HR systems, such as Talent Management systems, payroll systems, time management systems, digital safes, electronic signature systems, or other systems outside of HR, such as Active directories, management control systems, or expense management systems.
By adopting a proactive and strategic approach, the Functional Coordinator SIRH contributes to strengthening the efficiency of HR processes and their implementation in SIRH tools, ensuring alignment with the organization's global objectives in terms of human resource management.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business needs in terms of human resource management and support departments in expressing their needs, taking into account technical constraints and best practices.
- Act as the main point of contact for all HR system-related questions, providing functional support to other SIRH team members and resolving issues proactively.
- Collaborate with the DSI teams to support the implementation of SIRH solutions in accordance with functional specifications.
- Ensure complete documentation of SIRH solutions, including functional specifications, configuration file validation, operational procedures, and change management.
- Provide support and training to HR teams on the effective use of HR tools implemented within the company, helping them to maximize the features of the platforms.
- Collaborate with end-users to identify training needs and develop customized training programs based on different levels of competence.
- Provide functional support to end-users and HR teams to resolve issues and optimize the use of SIRH systems.
- Mastering of different SIRH systems and their interconnectivity.
- Technical skills in functional HR design.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve problems creatively.
- Attention to detail and rigor in documentation and project management.
- Knowledge of human resource regulations and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems management, or a related field.
- Significant professional experience (minimum 10 years) in supporting HR departments in digitalizing their processes and implementing SIRH solutions, preferably in a complex and multinational environment.
- Professional English language skills.
