McCain Foods is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Manager to join our Commercial Organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue management strategies and initiatives to maximize profitability across our business units.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Revenue Management Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute revenue management strategies, pricing models, and data-driven insights to achieve business objectives.
- Lead Pricing Deep-Dives and Value Leakage Identification: Manage key stakeholders across the Region while providing critical direction to the sales teams.
- Analyze Market Trends and Customer Behavior: Identify revenue growth opportunities and potential risks by analyzing market trends, evaluating industry best practices, and customer behavior.
- Support Sales, Marketing, and Finance Teams: Develop and implement price pack architecture and trade strategies based on customer value and performance.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track revenue performance and identify areas for improvement by monitoring KPIs and financial metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of business experience in Commercial preferably within the Food Industry.
- 2+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
- Experience with revenue management software and tools is a plus.
