About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Trimble Transport & Logistics. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, mainly for the French and English speaking customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and log customer problems, providing timely and accurate customer feedback in the ticketing system.
- Follow up with customers and partners to ensure the issue is resolved.
- Perform remote installations on customers' infrastructure.
- Provide support in the form of procedural documentation.
- Escalate unresolved issues to internal partners (Development team).
Requirements
- You are customer-focused.
- Effective communication skills to handle problems in a diplomatic manner.
- Prior technical experience in technical support in IT or Telematics or desktop support or a similar role, background, or working experience.
- Good and professional knowledge in Microsoft operating systems.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- You are eager to learn new things.
- Professional knowledge of French and English languages both verbal and written is a must.
- Knowledge of a third language will be appreciated.
- Team work ability.
- Skills in Transport sector or Employees payroll will be a plus too.
- Good to have basic knowledge in any of the following: CSS, HTML, Java, SQL, C++, or Python.
