Role Overview:
The Enrollment Advisor is pivotal in the strategic recruitment of students at the American University of Paris. This position reports directly to the Vice President and Director of Enrollment Management and is integral to achieving the university's enrollment objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Recruitment: Spearhead initiatives to attract prospective students through innovative marketing and recruitment strategies tailored to meet the university's enrollment goals.
  • On-Campus Engagement: Facilitate campus visits, respond to inquiries via phone and email, and conduct online information sessions to foster relationships with potential students.
  • Market Development: Cultivate relationships within designated international and national markets to enhance student recruitment efforts.
  • Support Current Students: Assist enrolled students who wish to continue their education at AUP, focusing on those transitioning from visitor status to degree-seeking students.
  • Pre-Application Management: Oversee all pre-application inquiries, ensuring effective communication through our CRM system and personal interactions.
  • Operational Planning: Design and implement recruitment strategies for specific territories, utilizing various marketing channels to attract diverse student populations.
  • Yield Management: Manage relationships with admitted students to ensure a high conversion rate from offer to enrollment.
  • Network Development: Build and maintain a robust network across the AUP community to support recruitment initiatives.
  • Collaborative Support: Participate in various activities related to student recruitment and admissions as required by the leadership team.

Qualifications:
