These two divisions are:
- The “Economy, Midscale & Premium” division, to be internally named the “Power Brands” division. This entity includes the brands from the Group’s Economy, Midscale and Premium segments. It is structured around four regions, based in Paris, Sao Paulo, Singapore, and Shanghai.
- The “Luxury & Lifestyle” division, bringing together the Group’s luxury brands, as well as the lifestyle platform, Ennismore. This division, managed by brand, is structured around four “Maison”: Raffles & Orient Express (based in New York); Fairmont (based in Dubai); Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems (based in Paris) and Ennismore (based in London).
The Global Sales Luxury & Lifestyle team, has a strong cross-functional role in the Luxury & Lifestyle division, to support the brands, strengthen Accor’s positioning on this market and boost high margin revenue to the L&L hotels.
The team is getting ready to launch a new Loyalty program for Travel Advisors, merging:
- A point-based program rewarding all travel advisors for all booked room nights in eligible properties
- A Preferred Partners Program (PPP) rewarding handpicked Travel Agencies with extra commission and guests benefits.
**Job Description** #1 - General overview of the loyalty program**
In this role, the person will manage the business side of the loyalty program with a clear ambition to maximize members enrollment and hotel involvement. He/she will be supported by a digital counterpart reporting to the Travel Advisors loyalty director.
- Act as a guardian of the business vision of the digital customer journey
- Coordinate the content creation (including Hotel content) for the new program and ensure its relevancy at all times
- Coordinate a communication and activation plan, supported by loyalty promotions from hotels, B2B events, awards, incentivesto boost hotels production and members enrollment
- Facilitate hotels onboarding and training
- Manage the program’s P&L to ensure its long-term sustainability and profitability
**#2 - Monitor the production of the Preferred Partners Program (PPP) and take part in the implementation of the action plans**
- Coordinate preferred promotional plans to drive more business to hotels
- Is responsible of the performance of the PPP within eligible properties, with an emphasis on driving traffic to the digital platform
- Takes an active part in the business reviews with key preferred partners and in the definition of related action plans
- Coordinates the creation of toolkits and assets to facilitate the preferred partners onboarding
- Takes part in the implementation of the action plans created to maximize the PPP production
**#3 - Manage the Loyalty program team**
In this role, the person will be responsible of the management of a team of 2 persons, including a Sales Coordinator and Project Manager
**Qualifications**
- A master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communication, Hospitality (or equivalent)
- Experience in project management, hospitality and luxury travel agencies sales is a must
- A good understanding of Hotel operations is a plus
- Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) / good French proficiency is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Other software is a plus
- Organizing skills, resilience, creativity, rigor, and proactivity are necessary
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions, ability to multi-task
