We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Workday HCM Reporting Specialist for a 6-month freelance contract with one of our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain Workday HCM reports, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday HCM reporting.
- Stay updated on Workday HCM functionalities and reporting best practices to continuously improve reporting processes.
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken.
- Certification in Workday HCM and Reporting is mandatory.
- Proven experience in developing and managing Workday HCM reports.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
