Business Development Manager

Nous recherchons un Business Development Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe à Luxembourg.

Mission

En tant que Business Development Manager, vous serez chargé de développer et de mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente pour cibler les secteurs clés (Agriculture, Construction, Industrie, Transport, Administration,...). Vous devrez communiquer efficacement la proposition de prix et les avantages de notre offre.

Compétences requises
  • Négociation et communication centrée sur le client
  • Expérience dans la vente, avec au moins un an d'expérience
  • Motivation et capacité à communiquer de manière convaincante
  • Approche commerciale et orientée vers le client
  • Capacité à comprendre les besoins des clients et à les traduire en une offre attrayante
  • Connaissance du marché et capacité à développer un plan de prospection
  • Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et à être structuré
  • Intégrité et capacité à gagner la confiance des clients et des collègues
  • Maîtrise du français et idéalement du luxembourgeois (l'allemand est un atout)
  • Affinité avec les énergies renouvelables, les produits et les innovations du marché
Professionnalisme

Nous recherchons un professionnel motivé et orienté vers les résultats, capable de travailler de manière indépendante et d'être structuré. Vous devrez être capable de communiquer de manière convaincante et d'avoir une approche commerciale et orientée vers le client.
