We are a warm and welcoming team at EHPAD Les Jardins d'Iroise de Maisons Laffitte, where every day is a new opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Our establishment, with its 65 residents, is more than just a care home - it's a true family where the well-being and comfort of everyone are at the heart of our concerns, residents and staff alike.
Located in a peaceful and verdant setting, our EHPAD is easily accessible via the A14 and offers a unique blend of care and comfort.
We are part of a family-run group with 25 establishments, and we pride ourselves on our commitment to providing high-quality care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage our care team with empathy and encouragement, creating a positive and supportive work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and their families, ensuring that they feel valued and supported.
- Organize and manage the care team's schedules and rotas, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support.
- Manage the financial aspects of our care services, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and services at a fair and transparent cost.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our residents, their families, and our staff, ensuring that everyone feels valued and supported.
- Identify and implement new ideas and initiatives to improve our care services and enhance the overall experience of our residents.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in care and management, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
