Job Summary
The Store Manager will be responsible for leading our retail team in Paris, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the Retail Director EMEA to align our store strategy with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement the retail strategy in Paris, analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities.
- Guarantee store teams' compliance with company guidelines and procedures.
- Develop relationships with key partners to create new business opportunities and attract new clients.
- Organize store operations, allocate responsibilities to personnel, and improve store performance and productivity.
- Translate yearly targets into individual objectives and monitor progress.
- Develop and coach the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Evaluate store teams' results and skills, working with HR on development actions.
- Manage operational activities, optimizing cost, resources, and time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in managerial positions in luxury boutiques.
- Knowledge of high-end fashion and current fashion trends.
- Fluent in English and French, with another language a plus.
- Knowledge of retail processes, local market, network, and competitors.
