About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team in Paris. As a key ambassador for the Brioni brand, you will provide a distinctive and extraordinary luxury experience for our clients, guiding them through the brand and nurturing long-term relationships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create and develop positive relationships with customers from initial contact to farewell
  • Meet and exceed CRM and retention goals
  • Contribute to store targets and KPIs through sales and clienteling actions
  • Effectively use the Client Book (LUCE) to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Expand the customer base through networking and market research
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store and company goals
  • Implement stock procedures according to company standards
  • Respect Brioni standards, roles, and procedures

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales position in a luxury brand
  • Fluent in English and French, with another language a plus
  • Good knowledge of men's formalwear and high-end fashion
  • MTM specialization a plus
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Flexible to work in a multicultural context
  • Proactive and self-developing individual
  • Able to work extended periods on the sales floor
  • Available to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month, annual inventory, and holiday season
