{"h2": "About the Role", "p": "We are seeking a highly skilled Trust and Safety Specialist German to join our team at Yubo. As a key member of our safety team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our users.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective safety measures to prevent and mitigate online abuse. You will work closely with our moderation team to investigate user safety incidents, apply internal policy guidelines, and take enforcement actions as necessary.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve our operational workflows and user policies. You will work closely with our product team to develop and implement new features and tools to enhance user safety.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about online safety and has a strong understanding of social networks and online behavior.

**Requirements**

* 3-4 years of experience in safety or moderation
* Strong knowledge of online safety and social networks
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Nice to Have**

* Customer support experience
* Fluency in German culture and pop culture
