Job Summary

The Operations Support Manager (OSM) plays a critical role in providing focused regional end-to-end project management, data analysis, and presentation of results to regional and global executive-level clients. This is a highly independent role requiring intensive collaboration with both internal and client stakeholders and senior managers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with the Regional Director of Security Operations (RDSO), Regional Security Managers (RSM), Business Analysts, and Program Coordinators to collect, review and submit weekly reports and trend analysis of significant security events to regional and global client leadership.
  2. Manage and respond to requests for information from executive clients at the Director level and above.
  3. Acts as a liaison officer between Securitas leadership and client leadership.
  4. Project manages selected strategic initiatives designed to drive process improvements across the enterprise.
  5. Analyze the results of existing programs and impact of proposed changes and present findings to leadership.
  6. Presents to large groups of internal and client stakeholders regarding status of projects, and data analysis of ongoing initiatives.
  7. Build frameworks and methodology for implementation of initiatives from the client.
  8. Regularly organizes and facilitates meetings and provides status updates to the client.
  9. Updates and creates procedural documentation in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  10. Schedules, facilitates, and takes notes for client and internal meetings.
  11. Provides operational support as needed as assigned by the RDSO.
  12. Identifies opportunities for process improvement and recommends changes to workflows and operating practices to improve efficiency.
  13. Supports the end-to-end process and project schedules for implementing security operations and EHS at new sites and site expansions.
  14. Maintains a "customer service" approach to problem solving and work with client to find solutions to questions or concerns.
  15. At the direction of the RDSO, performs other duties as assigned to ensure the overall success of the Datacenter Physical Security program.
