- Provide information and guidance regarding the services and role of the AFNOR Group.
- Address inquiries related to standardization and regulatory matters.
- Assist clients in navigating our online store effectively.
- Identify potential clients and connect them with the sales department.
- Deliver technical assistance to subscribers of our digital solutions.
- Help clients maximize their experience with our offerings (including webinars and online meetings).
- Manage and resolve technical challenges, escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Qualify and respond to inquiries through various communication channels.
- Document interactions in our CRM system.
- Engage in testing of both custom and standard products.
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to various AFNOR Editions initiatives.
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B customer relationship management, particularly in hotline support.
- Strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent organizational abilities and a collaborative spirit.
- Fluency in English is essential for assisting international clients (650/700 TOEIC).
