About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP and Back-Office Applications Manager to join our team at Host Broadcast Services (HBS). As a key member of our Platforms and Solutions department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the alignment of our ERP system and low-code/no-code solutions with our business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of ERP systems to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other business applications.
  • Develop and maintain ERP system policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Oversee user training and support to ensure effective utilization of ERP systems, ensuring smooth transition from project to sustaining post-implementation.
  • Manage relationships with ERP vendors and other technology partners, ensuring service delivery with the quality and timeliness expected.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with ERP trends and best practices to recommend system enhancements, ensuring compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in ERP projects with proven success in a management position for a full ERP deployment in a middle-size company.
  • Strong analytical skills and process design/functional specifications.
  • Project management skills: Agile/Scrum and waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficient in various technologies and tools, such as MS Power Platform, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure, SQL, etc.
  • Good knowledge of Low/No code approach.
