About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality and Customer Satisfaction Manager to join our team at Otis College of Art and Design. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our services and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pilot the outsourcing partner (contract management, KPIs, compliance with processes)
- Ensure the quality of service delivery through the implementation of quality audits and analysis of complaints
- Lead and manage the quality and EH&S approach within the Contact Center
- Participate and lead projects related to quality and customer experience
- Develop and implement tools for quality management and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft 360 tools
- Leadership skills and ability to work in a team
