Dailymotion is seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Partnership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our advertising team, you will be responsible for implementing our advertising strategy with programmatic partners and owning the operational work to grow our partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily revenue and business development with current DSP/SSP partners, with a focus on revenue ownership.
  • Analyze business and technical data sets to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Prospect, assess, and close new programmatic partners for Dailymotion Advertising.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including AdTech, Publisher, Adops, Product, Sales, and Marketing, to define our roadmap, enrich our offers, and meet our partners' needs.
  • Monitor market trends and attend industry conferences and networking events in France and abroad.
  • Generate new business opportunities for the Partnership Team and the Sales Teams globally.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in programmatic advertising.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Deep Adtech knowledge, including video, SSP, yield optimization, and publisher/ad network experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to accurately analyze data and make decisions based on results.
  • Customer success experience, with a background in managing business relationships to promote optimal outcomes.
  • Autonomous and proactive worker with business acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to convince senior stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to share ideas and listen to and adapt to feedback.
  • Experience managing and working with international clients/partners is a plus.
