Job Title: Vice President Sales and Marketing

Accor, a world leader in hospitality, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President Sales and Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our Cruises division at Silenseas Orient Express.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share.
  • Manage and optimize sales and marketing efforts across multiple channels and segments, including Chartering, Corporate, MICE, Consortia, TMC & Leisure.
  • Collaborate with Revenue and Brand leads to ensure robust commercial plans are in place to drive top-line revenues.
  • Conduct regular commercial reviews with property teams and provide guidance and training to Directors of Sales teams.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, nurturing relationships and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and implement action plans to achieve short-term sales objectives and monitor sales revenue, analyzing performance data to optimize pricing and revenue strategies.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with experience in a leadership and senior role.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing within the travel and tourism industry, with a strong understanding of the luxury travel and cruise segments.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Fluent in English and French.
