Job Title: Client Relation Manager

At Tiffany & Co., we are seeking a highly skilled Client Relation Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving strategy and execution of all in-store and virtual client events, with a focus on new and existing client activations and bespoke experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute client experience strategies to drive sales and client retention
  • Work closely with the EMEA Client Relations team and retail partners to execute in-store events and activations
  • Collaborate with corporate partners to ensure brand standards are maintained while supporting a localized approach
  • Manage client gifting programs and develop strategies to build sales through outreach to existing and new clients
  • Represent the Tiffany & Co. brand at the highest level and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of event coordination experience
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Previous experience in client events and client relations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Luxury industry experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft and other IT tools
  • Other spoken languages
  • Knowledge of France, Benelux, and Monaco businesses
