Vos principales responsabilités incluront :

Acquisition et développement de clients :

  • Prospection de nouveaux clients,
  • Présentation de nos services, identification des besoins des clients,
  • Création de propositions, négociation et conclusion des contrats,
  • Suivi des prestations et satisfaction des clients.

Développement des ressources humaines de l'équipe :

  • Sourcing de candidats, en collaboration avec l'équipe de recrutement,
  • Évaluation des talents en fonction des besoins opérationnels,
  • Intégration et gestion de carrière des consultants.

Gestion des affaires :

  • Suivi des indicateurs de performance financière : chiffre d'affaires, marge, facturation et délais de paiement,
  • Amélioration continue et ajustement de la stratégie en fonction du marché,
  • Élaboration de plans d'action pour dépasser les objectifs fixés.

  • Une bonne connaissance des métiers du secteur informatique est essentielle,
  • Un excellent relationnel et une curiosité pour les nouvelles technologies vous permettront de comprendre nos environnements métiers,
  • De nature dynamique, vous avez développé un sens aigu de la relation client et un goût prononcé pour le challenge.
