We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our RFP team and shape our firm's narrative. As a key member of our investment team, you will collaborate closely with portfolio managers, research analysts, and senior leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the RFP team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure timely and accurate completion of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs.
  • Partner with portfolio managers and research analysts to gather relevant investment information and develop compelling content tailored to specific client requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on investment strategies, market trends, and regulatory requirements, providing insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in RFP management, preferably within the hedge fund or asset management industry, with a proven track record of success in client-facing roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex investment concepts into clear, compelling narratives for a diverse audience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and RFP automation tools.
