Position Overview:

The role involves comprehensive administrative oversight within the client relations sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing the rental consultation workflow, ensuring effective communication, and contributing to project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee administrative functions related to client management
  • Facilitate the rental consultation process
  • Prepare and compile communication materials
  • Engage in the development of various projects
  • Ensure follow-up on programmed actions

Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Background: BTS in Real Estate or Office Management
  • Required Skills: Proficient in real estate/social housing, advanced MS Office capabilities, strong writing proficiency
  • Personal Attributes: Attention to detail, organizational skills, energetic, inquisitive, collaborative, discreet, effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills

Compensation:

Salary range is between 30-35k.
