Senior Sales Manager for CPGR Industry

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our CPGR industry business development efforts in China. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing 3DS penetration in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in China.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the CPGR industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Manage sales pipeline and forecast to ensure accurate revenue projections.
- Ensure compliance with all 3DS engagement processes, government regulations, and DS policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 8-10 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the CPGR industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Chinese and English.
