We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our CPGR industry business development efforts in China. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in China.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the CPGR industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans.
- Manage sales pipelines and forecast revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with all sales processes and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 8-10 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the CPGR industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Chinese and English.
