Senior Sales Manager for China CPGR Industry

About This Role
Dassault Systèmes is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our CPGR industry business development efforts in China. This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive CPGR industry business growth in China, focusing on increasing 3DS penetration and revenue.
What You Will Do
- Define and obtain customer and team endorsement on the Customer Value Roadmap for assigned accounts to generate incremental revenue.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive-level clients and their organization to ensure sustainable business.
- Collaborate with 3DS teams and/or C&SI to maintain a high-end consulting presence and create new growth opportunities.
- Identify and transform leads into opportunities, performing full sales engagements consistent with the LEVERAGE process.
- Provide accurate forecasts for Q, Q+1, Q+2, and FY, creating the necessary pipeline to reach business objectives.
- Manage negotiation with customers, adhering to engagement processes, government regulations, DS policies, and ethical standards.
- Manage the 3DS and client ecosystems throughout the customer experience to ensure global satisfaction.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8-10 years of work experience.
- 5-8 years of experience in sales with ERP, MOM, and supply chain background.
- Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
